Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bkbet account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — may be merged or closed, and any bonus winnings from duplicate accounts may be voided.
Minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed fee-free to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within the timeframe stated in your account dashboard. Funds must originate from your own payment method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted. bkbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if misuse or abuse is suspected.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. bkbet uses certified random number generation on all casino games and monitors betting patterns for irregularities.

- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- Not have been previously excluded or banned from the bkbet Platform.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account details if they change. bkbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued photo identification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

- Currency: All transactions on bkbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- bkbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
- Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated software, or coordinated betting strategies — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the account without compensation.
- Bets are final once confirmed. bkbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
- In the event of an obvious error in odds, prices, or game results caused by a technical fault, bkbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.
- For cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — the outcome is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned or voided matches will be settled according to bkbet's specific sports betting rules.
- For casino games including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar, the result determined by the Platform at the close of each game round is final.
- For crash games, the multiplier recorded on the Platform's server at the moment of crash is the official result.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
- Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
- Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
- Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
- Any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or threatening toward bkbet staff or other users.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
- Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
- Session timers: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. During an active self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reactivated and no marketing communications will be sent.
All content on the bkbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of bkbet or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from bkbet.

- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
- You are found to be under 21 years of age.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our inactive account policy.
bkbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
